- Know Your Customer (KYC) Documentation Requests: To meet the regulations on financial security and thwart fraud, we can request for documents such as government-issued IDs and proof of address to carry-out KYC. These documents will be collected if the request for rapid payouts is submitted.
- Checking Your Payouts: The settlement of matches/games affects your account balance immediately, so the system keeps everything updated. Also, through a quick processing and payout method, users receive their payouts and have to check regularly transaction history to report discrepancies to support as soon as possible.
Prohibited Behaviour and Playing Fair

Intellectual Property Rights
InstaMatch365 owns or has acquired the rights of all the content, code, simple user interface, logos, graphics, and trademarks visible on InstaMatch365. When the user downloads, prints, streams, or accesses any of these elements, it is considered using InstaMatch365’s resources and a violation of copyright law. However, InstaMatch365’s license allows you to do it as long as you do not use these materials to compete with InstaMatch365 or make money from it.
Limitation of Liability
- We will disclaim any warranties, both implied and explicit, and represent our services only on an as-is and as-available basis.
- We disgressed responsibility for all losses and claims other than direct losses, including those caused by technical defects, hacking, phishing, virus, etc. So, even if you experience these issues and suffer a loss or a complaint, you can’t get damages from us.
Account Suspension and Termination
- InstaMatch365 shall have the sole right at any time and without notice to temporarily freeze, terminate, or permanently delete any user account. A change to a user’s account, for example, may trigger this if we think that the user has breached our policies.
Modifications to Terms
- Except the user’s right to withdraw from the contract before any changes, InstaMatch365 shall be entitled to alter, amend, or revitalize these Terms and Conditions at its own will and for any reason if it affects changes like technological upgrade or introduction of new regulations. The fact that a user continues accessing InstaMatch365’s service after the changes has been made means that the user has approved the modified Terms.
Governing Law
- The laws of the jurisdiction where we are operating will govern and be applied to these Terms as the case may be while not acknowledging the application of the law of any foreign country (conflict of law). You also acknowledge and accept that the courts mentioned above in the jurisdiction mentioned in section “1. Acceptance” are the only courts that have the authority to handle any lawsuit or legal action based in any way on these Terms.
